The Abbey Lodge experience
Everything you need for a relaxing stay
All of our rooms come fully equipped with comfy beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen, mattress toppers, black-out curtains, ambient mood-lighting and super-powered power showers.
You’ll also find a Hi-Def LCD TV with Freeview and/or Smart TV access, plus an iron and ironing board in every room.
Other little luxuries include free Wi-Fi and, of course, our excellent, friendly customer service as standard.

24-hour service
We never stop…we never close. Whatever the time of day or night we can provide just about anything you need. Once we hear service is required somewhere our staff are on it….quickly!

Private parking
We have private, off-road parking available on a first come, first served basis at no extra cost. This is covered by CCTV for additional security. If your vehicle needs specialist security or moving have a word with our on-site Parking Concierge (ie. leave your keys at reception!) and we’ll do the rest.

Accessible rooms
Because of the nature of the building we are not fully disabled compliant. However we do have ground floor wet rooms with level access which are suitable for disabled people.
Pet friendly
We completely understand that pets are part of any family and as such we are 'pet friendly'. Pets are very welcome in the private areas of the hotel and there is an additional charge of £15 per pet, per night to cover any extra cleaning costs. Due to the fact that not everybody likes pets or perhaps have allergies, no pets are allowed in the bar/dining area during breakfast service.

Enjoy a freshly-cooked-to-order Full English, or choose from freshly baked croissants, cereal, plain or fruit yogurts, fresh fruit juice and filtered water. Tea and coffee are available with unlimited refills.
Vegetarian and vegan options are readily available, and we can cater for special dietary requirements with notice. In a hurry? Ask us for sandwiches to go.
All food and produce at The Abbey Lodge Hotel is proudly locally sourced for the authentic taste of Yorkshire. Pigs who roam their farms at Skipton produce our bacon and sausages whilst free range chickens on Idle Moor provide our eggs. Mushrooms and tomatoes are grown and harvested at Bingley. Baked beans however, come straight out of a tin!
