Our Double Rooms provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for couples or solo guests who prefer a little extra space. Each room features an ultra-comfy double bed dressed in the finest quality 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen, helping you settle in for a restful night.
Every room also includes individual heating controls, so you can set the temperature to suit you. For entertainment, there’s a minimum 32” HD LCD TV with built-in Freeview, Smart access and HDMI ports, making it easy to connect games consoles and other devices.
Warm, welcoming and well equipped, our Double Rooms offer everything you need for a comfortable stay and a convenient base for exploring Shipley and the surrounding area.

Here at Abbey Lodge we offer the best of Yorkshire at breakfast, with ingredients sourced locally wherever possible.
Our bacon and sausages come from farms around Skipton, our free-range eggs from Idle Moor, and mushrooms and tomatoes are grown and harvested in Bingley. Baked beans, however, come out of a tin!
Additional guests may join you for breakfast for £10 per person. As all breakfasts are cooked to order there is no need to pre-arrange extra guests.

We offer free car parking on a first come, first served basis.
Due to the age of the property, we must be mindful that it was built for horses and carts, not cars!
If our car park is full there is ample on-street parking directly opposite, unrestricted between 16:00 and 10:00 the following day. There are also two council pay-and-display car parks within 100 metres of the hotel.
